This weeks blast from the past #17 is Merle MacGrotty. Merle, the wife of our club legend Frank MacGrotty, was a Tiger through and through. Merle served on many club committees and was an amazing scorer, always at every game that Frank or Merv played and always putting her hand up to help in any way. Merle was made a life member of the Tigers in 1984 and together with Frank was the Social Supporter of the Year in 2000/01. Please share your stories of Merle in the comments below.
