The Tigers were heating up as all 4 one day teams win in the blistering heat. 4th and 6th Grade have challenging days next week.

4th Grade have a challenge next week in their game vs Roleystone. Batting first we were dissapointing to only post 101 with Haroon top scoring with 20, but we hit back with 2/24 from 17 overs late in the day, Shazad Rafique with 2/7. A big day from our bowlers next week to keep us in the hunt for a finals appearance.

6th Grade batted first in their game vs Hilton/Bicton and posted 7/135 in 50 overs with Liam Bastin scoring 39 and Jackson Curthoys 27. We have 6 more overs to bat next week in a 56 over match. A big game for us to hold top spot.

7th Grade will play a 38 over match next week.

ODA had back to back wins when they beat ladder leaders Phoenix at home. Bowling first in a 30 over game they kept Phoenix to 8/146, Yeshwanth Kallem taking 3/26 and Manoj Kiradi 2/16. The chase was swift as we passed their score in just 20 overs, Yeshwanth Kallem having a great all round game with 54 from 44 balls and Dwarakanath Canakapalli Naga 25. Still a chance at finals if we win all the remaining games.

ODB had a resounding victory after last weeks tight loss in their game vs Willetton. We bowled first in a 20 over game and kept Willetton to 5/121, Jouhar Khan taking 2/26 and Libu Louis Jainy 2/13. We chased down the target in just 15 overs making 1/122 with Asish C Thomas making 31, Yesudas Kuriakose 52no in 45 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes and Sethuraj Rajendran a very rapid 35no off 21 balls with 1 four and 4 sixes. The win keeps us equal top.

ODD had a big win vs Maddington in a game which was dominated by one batsman. Batting first we posted 186 from 30 overs with opener Eldose Paul smashing 111 runs with 8 fours and 7 sixes, along with 48 extras the next highest score was 13. A truly brilliant innings. Maddington were never in the hunt posting 8/126, Jijinlal Kg taking 3/10 and Jobin Thomas 2/9. Eldose becomes our 8th centurion this season in a record breaking season so far. The win keeps us on top of the ladder.

ODE made it 8 straight wins and knocked off the ladder leaders CBC in their big win. Batting first in a 30 over game we posted 149 from 28.1 overs, Missaka Wickramasinghe top scoring with 27 and Vihanga Silva 25no. Our bowlers really dominated to keep CBC bats quiet and their score to just 112 from 24 overs. Vihanga Silva took 3/16, Yasas Gunasekara 2/29 and Irosh Ranathunga 2/4. The win takes us to outright top spot.
