6th Grade are at home to Jandakot Park, lost the toss and bowled really well to have the visitors all out for 173. We had them reeling at 5/21 but some late order batting has set the Tigers a competitive score to chase next week. Top bowlers were Jackson Curthoys with 5/38 Shane Wood 2/21 and Sohail Razzaq 2/14. Good luck in the run chase next week.

ODA continued their winning streak with a comprehensive win vs Perth Tamil. Batting first the Tigers powered their way to 7/252 with captain Waqas Mehdi making 71 with 3 sixes and 7 fours and Asim Mehmood smashing 42 with 5 sixes and 2 fours. Our bowlers then demolished the opposition for just 55 with Gursewak Singh at his best taking 5/13 and the other bowlers taking 1 wicket each. Let’s keep the streak going next week.

ODC also had a comprehensive victory vs SJ Blues at home. The Tigers won the toss and batted first making 8/199 with Dwarakanth Kanakapalli top scoring with 56 and Abishek Ghai smashing 36 with 2 sixes and 2 fours. With the ball the Tigers didn’t allow any batsman to pass double figures and bowled them out for just 76 with sundries top scorer on 38. Captain Krishna Kalluri showed the way taking 5/14 and Srinivas Katta taking 2/13. Well done lads.

ODE had a tough fought game against undefeated Bicton/Attadale away from home. Winning the toss and sending them in our bowlers did a brilliant job restricting the home team to 8/147 after they were 1/76 after 20 overs. Aaron Dyer leading the way with 4/35. Our batsman then chased down the total in a strong fashion with Stuart Riseley 75 and Darren Third 22, putting on 83 for the 3rd wicket and setting us up for a comfortable chase. Connor McGinty 24no put the icing on the cake with a sold knock at the end. 3 wins in a row has solidified our place in the four. Keep it up boys.
