4th Grade had 2 wins on the weekend. On Saturday vs Kwinana we batted first and ground out 157 with opener Muhammad Tariq Saleem making 34 and Haroon Ahmed 33 and an important 21 runs from number 11 Yadwinder Singh Khangura. Our bowlers kept it tight to keep Kwinana to 9/134, great bowling from Saeed Ahmad with 4/19 and Vijay Kumar 2/34. On Sunday vs Maddington we bowled first and rolled Maddington for just 114 with Sooraj Suresh taking 3/25 and Nuwan Arachchige 2/11. We knocked off the runs in 29.3 overs finishing on 4/115 thanks in large to Captain, Vijay Kumar making 54 opening the batting. A chance at a one day final with a win next week.
6th Grade won on Saturday vs Kwinana. Batting first we made a great total of 6/176 with Steven Hall top scoring with 33, Guri Singh a quickfire 31 and Keegan Bennett making 27. Our bowlers dominated to keep Kwinana to 111 with Gursewak Singh taking 3/7, Steve Hall 2/28 and Muhammad umer Bhatti 2/16. On Sunday we lost to Champion Lakes. Bowling first they made 140 with some late hitting. Kulbir Singh taking 3/38 and Yasas Gunasekara 2/22. The chase was slow and we fell behind trhe run rate to post 7/129, Keegan Bennett making 24no and Yasas Gunasekara 21. Still a chance at a one day final with some luck.

7th Grade lost on Saturday vs Armadale, Batting first we only made 113 with Manoj Yelavarthy Mohan top scoring with 36. Armadale piled on the runs making 7/238 with Dinakar Reddy Narasani taking 2/51 and Manoj Yelavarthy Mohan 2/45. On Sunday we won vs Maddington. Batting first we made a good total of 8/173 with Manoj Yelavarthy Mohan top scoring with 62 and Sindhu Govindu 40. Our bowlers did the job bowling Maddington out for 133, Dinakar Reddy Narasani taking 4/20, Ravikumar Nakka 3/28 and Manoj Yelavarthy Mohan 2/35. A chance of a one day final with a win on Saturday.
ODA lost vs Kenwick. Bowling first we kept the bats quiet keeping them to 9/125, Manoj Kiradi taking a brilliant 5/17 and Siva Ankam 2/9. In the chase we looked good at 3/73 but we lost 7 for 28 and ended on 101, Satish babu Mosuganti making 28.
ODB won vs Armadale. Batting first we piled on the pain making a huge score of 7/290, Captain Nithin Radhakrishna smashing 124no with 12 whopping sixes and 6 fours, well supported by Suneeth Vinod Suseela who made 65 with 6 sixes and 1 four. Armadale were never in the chase as they were bowled out for 170 with Paulose Anjilickapillil taking 5/28 and Suneeth Vinod Suseela 2/28. Fantastic win Boys!
ODD won vs Kenwick. Batting first we made a good score of 4/192, opener Jobin Thomas top scoring with 47, Abin Raj 36 and Abel Jey 24no. Our bowlers were right on top as we bowled them out for 141, Vinish Payyappilly taking 3/15 and Melvin Thomas 3/43.
ODE tied vs CBC. Bowling first we kept their score to decent 4/158, Vihanga Silva taking 3/11, In the chase we were not looking good at 7/96 but a rear guard fight from the tail and 19 runs from the last 2 batsmen took it to the wire as the last man fell with the scores tied and 2 balls to spare. Some ties are like wins!!
