Our 2 day teams are in good shape for next week as our 1 day teams take a clean sweep of wins. Our first centurion for the season and 2 big milestone achievements this weekend.

4th Grade vs Maddington. Bowling on day 1 we finally rolled Maddington for 182 after having them 7/80 and 8/114. Souraj Suresh bowled well taking 5/37. We need to bat well next week for the win.

6th Grade vs Champion Lakes. Bowling first the Tigers were on fire as we bowled them out for 22 in 20 overs. Guri Singh in top flight as he took 6/5 from 8.3 overs and Kulbir Singh taking 3/3 from 4 overs. We batted for the rest of the day ending on 2/103 with Jackson on 43no. Guri Singh passing 350 wickets for the Tigers on the day. An outright victory in our sights next week.

7th Grade vs Kardinya. Bowling first we managed to bowl them out for just 130 in 60 overs. Great bowling from Wajahat Nazeer with 3/26, Nagarjuna Karnam 2/19 and Manoj Yelavarthy Mohan with 2/16. All set for a good day with the bat next week.

ODA won vs Canning Vale. Bowling first we kept them in check limiting the score to just 116 in 30 overs thanks to great bowling from Manoj Kiradi with 3/33, Siva Ankam 2/8 and Vijay Bhogi 2/9. In the chase we knocked off the target in just 20 overs finishing on 5/119, Reddy Madamshetti finishing on 28no, Dwarakanath Canakapalli 27 and Ajay Reddy 22.

ODA win vs Canning Vale

ODB won vs Maddington. Batting first we made a great total of 248 thanks in large to opener Vinish Payyappilly with the first century of the season, making 117 off 84 balls, before retiring, with 9 fours and 5 sixes. Yesudas Kuriakose making 39 in their second wicket partnership of 129. In the chase Maddington came close but finished on 230 with 2 wickets each to Amal Babu 2/29, Libu Louis Jainy 2/29 and Suneeth Vinod Suseela with 2/36. Nitin Rhadakrishna passed 1000 runs in this match.

ODD won vs Maddington. Bowling first we bowled them out for 139 in 29 overs thanks to great bowling from Melvin Thomas with 3/19, Ananthu Krishnan 2/24, Subin Thomas 2/35 and Jobin Thomas 2/21. In the chase it came down to the wire after Sethuraj Rajendran with 54 and Jobin Thomas 28 put on 83 to set up the win, it came down to Ananthu Krishnan 14 and Subin Thomas 16no to get us over the line with 147.

ODE won vs Cockburn. Batting first we were bowled out for 139 with opener Missaka Wickramasinghe making a fine 66 and Captain Mohamed Zainudeen 27. In the chase Cockburn fell short with just 112 with Nuwan taking 3/17 and 2 wickets each to Lakmal 2/32, Irosh 2/22 and Vihanga 2/17. Three out of three start to the season.
